1. Booking and Reservations

• Participants must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Bookings are subject to availability and payment of the applicable fee.
• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.

2. Payment and Pricing

• Prices for activities are clearly listed on our website and include all applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment can be made via accepted methods listed on the booking page.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated to us via email.
• Full refunds are given for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the activity, or for no-shows and late arrivals.
• If we cancel or significantly alter the activity, we will offer either a full refund or alternative arrangements.

4. Health and Safety

• You must inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may impact your ability to participate.
• You are responsible for your own health and well-being during the activity.
• We do not accept liability for health issues, injuries, or incidents during the activity unless caused by our negligence.
• Emergency procedures will be provided at the start of each activity.

5. Participant Conduct

• All participants must act in a respectful and responsible manner during activities.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for any damage caused or disruptions created during the activity.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with the guidelines or who behaves inappropriately.

6. Changes to Activities

• We reserve the right to alter activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, venue closures).
• If significant changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or compensation.

7. Liability and Insurance

• You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in our activities.
• Viana Food Tours is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage, except in cases of negligence.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal.
